First Scheduled Stop

We have decided to start our gastrointestinal journey this coming weekend at the Strip District Primanti's.  Some fun facts about this location:

- it was founded in 1933 and is the first Primanti Brothers location

- the sandwich was initially designed for truckers in the Strip to eat with one hand while driving

- the sandwich was also designed to pack enough calories so that the truckers felt full during their shifts

Hello friends!

Annie B, James, and I are going to eat a sandwich at every Primanti Bros location (all 16 in pgh and 3 in FL), hopefully in the order of their founding.  One may ask, why would we do this?  The honest answer to that question is, why not.  Another, more emotional answer is that our beloved Annie B may be moving to Spain in a few months, and we need to send her off in the true Pittsburgh way.  If anyone would like to join us for a meal, we'll be posting our schedule shortly.  We would love to have some company and a chat over a few IC Lights.  Hopefully by the end of this pursuit we will have made many great memories and avoided morbid obesity.
